We are now seeking an outstanding Sales Operation Manager to help us scale and develop our Sales Operations. The role has the potential to shape a new and highly efficient global sales organization.

What you will do 

  • Together with our sales team you will build and shape processes and resources required to run a high-performing and consistent global sales organization.
  • Owner of the end-to-end process of ensuring that all sales teams works in a consistent way with CRM systems and the sales pipeline, and compile reports which are used in our forecasting process.
  • Implement new tools and ways of working to ensure higher accuracy in forecasting by working both with our own sales team and our extended channel network.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve our on-boarding process to ensure that our sales talents understands and works with our sales process in a consistent and efficient way to reach higher revenues with better control.
  • Identify improvements in our salary models to maximize the value for both our sales talents but also for the company. Making sure that goals, both revenue and company objectives are incentivized.

Who you are 

  • You’re a strong communicator and storyteller. You use creative communication skills to engage partners and facilitate their adoption of processes and standard methodologies.
  • You are able to work independently and also with a broad team to communicate expectations, goals, and deadlines.
  • You think creatively and sell strategically with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple partners in multiple time-zones.
  • You love to break down and simplify complex problems and present to mixed audiences at different levels of the organization.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with an ability to understand the user’s needs, motivations, and behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives.
  • And above all, you hustle to get whatever needs to get done, done!
